Carbon Fiber Reinforced Strength: Carbon fibers form a mesh skeleton structure within the PET matrix, greatly improving mechanical properties, heat resistance and dimensional stability. The result is a filament that produces parts with significantly greater rigidity and strength than standard PETG without the printing difficulty of more demanding engineering materials.

Strong Yet Lightweight: PET-CF balances strength with a lightweight profile, making it  ideal for durable yet lightweight components. Achieve the structural performance you need without the unnecessary weight of denser materials, perfect for functional parts, brackets and structural components.

High Thermal & Chemical Resistance: PET-CF boasts excellent mechanical properties, exceptional thermal resistance, chemical resistance, low moisture absorption and high UV stability. With an operating temperature range of -20°C to 120°C, it performs reliably in demanding environments where standard PLA or PETG would warp or degrade.

Minimal Warping, Superior Dimensional Stability: PET-CF experiences minimal warping, and the finished part exhibits a superb surface finish thus minimising the need for post-processing. Prints have no warpage thanks to internal stress release through the carbon fiber mesh structure, making it one of the most dimensionally reliable engineering filaments you can print on a desktop machine.

Premium Matte Surface Finish: Carbon fiber brings a distinct, fine matte texture that reduces visible layer lines, ensuring a refined and professional finish. Perfect for functional parts that also need to look the part.

⚠️ Important: Hardened Steel Nozzle Required
Carbon fiber is abrasive: abrasion resistant nozzles are strongly recommended. Standard brass nozzles will wear quickly when printing PET-CF. A hardened steel nozzle (0.4mm or larger) is required for best results and to protect your printer's hotend.

Frequently asked questions

What types of 3D printer filaments do you carry?

We carry a wide range of materials including PLA (in multiple finishes such as Silk, Matte, Rainbow, Crystal, Marble, and more), PETG, ABS, PEBA, and more. Our full range is available in the 3D Printer Filaments collection.

Are your filaments compatible with my printer?

Our filaments are compatible with most FDM 3D printers including Bambu Lab, Ender 3, Neptune, Sovol, Snapmaker, Anycubic and more. If you are unsure whether our filaments are compatible with your specific printer model, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to advise.

What diameter are your filaments?

All our filaments are 1.75mm in diameter, which is the standard size compatible with most FDM printers on the market.

How much filament is on each spool?

Each spool contains 1kg of filament unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

How are your filaments packaged?

All our filaments are vacuum-sealed with desiccant to protect against moisture and humidity. This ensures your filament arrives in the best possible condition and is ready to print straight out of the packaging.

How should I store my filament when not in use?

Filament should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. We recommend keeping it in a sealed bag or airtight container with desiccant when not in use, especially for moisture-sensitive materials like PETG and ABS.

What is the diameter tolerance of your filaments?

Our filaments are manufactured to a tight ±0.02mm diameter tolerance, ensuring consistent feeding and reliable print quality from start to finish.

How long can I store my filament?

When stored correctly in a cool, dry environment with desiccant, filament can be stored for 1-2 years without significant degradation in print quality.

I'm getting stringing or poor print quality. Could it be the filament?

Stringing can be caused by a number of factors including print temperature, retraction settings, and print speed. We recommend starting with the temperature and settings suggested on the product listing and adjusting from there. If issues persist, feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to help troubleshoot.

Are your filaments suitable for high-speed printing?

Yes. Our filaments are tested and optimised for both standard and high-speed printing modes, including on Bambu Lab, Snapmaker, Anycubic printers running in high-speed settings.

Can I buy filament in bulk?

Yes, we welcome bulk orders from businesses and individuals. Contact us directly for bulk pricing and availability.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We maintain local Singapore stock for all products for fast fulfilment. We normally process your order within the same day or next working day and shipping will take about 2-5 days. You will receive a tracking number after it has been shipped.
