Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day upon payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Within Singapore

We ship to all addresses within Singapore. All products are held in local Singapore stock, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

Self-Collection

Prefer to collect your order in person? We welcome customers to collect their orders directly from our office/warehouse in Singapore.

  • Self-collection is available by appointment only
  • Please contact us to arrange a suitable date and time before coming down
  • Bring your order confirmation email when you collect

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this to track your delivery through our courier partner's website.

If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@butterfly3dspace.com.


Delivery Issues

Late deliveries Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control such as high volume periods, weather, or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will investigate on your behalf.

Wrong address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Butterfly 3D Space is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered a wrong address, contact us immediately at hello@butterfly3dspace.com. We will do our best to rectify it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Damaged or missing items If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) so we can resolve the issue promptly.
