What material are the vases made from?
Our vases are made from high-quality, eco-friendly PLA, a plant-based material that is lightweight, durable, and ideal for decorative home décor.
Can I use these vases with fresh flowers?
These vases are designed primarily for dried or artificial flowers. If you'd like to use fresh flowers, we recommend placing a small glass or waterproof liner inside.
Are the vases waterproof?
No. Due to the nature of 3D printing, our vases are not fully waterproof by default.
Why are there visible layer lines?
Each vase is individually 3D printed, so subtle layer lines and minor surface variations are a natural part of the manufacturing process, giving every piece its unique character.
Are the vases fragile?
Our vases are lightweight yet durable for everyday decorative use. However, like most home décor items, they should be handled with care.
How do I clean the vase?
Simply wipe it with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged exposure to high heat.
Do the colors match the photos?
We strive to represent colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the 3D printing process.
Is each vase made to order?
No, the designs are available from our local stock. Please refer to the product page for availability.
Can I use the vase outdoors?
We recommend using the vase indoors, as prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and high temperatures may affect the material over time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We maintain local Singapore stock for all products for fast fulfilment. We normally process your order within the same day or next working day and shipping will take about 2-5 days. You will receive a tracking number after it has been shipped.
